Trina’s Story
Trina Hoefling has been at the forefront transforming the workplace virtually since developing remote management training in 1984. She is on a mission to transform how work gets done. Her experience has taught her that the quality of work relationships can make or break anyone’s ability to adapt and thrive in today’s digital and dispersed workplace. She believes that “technology is the enabler, but people are the key” because work really gets done through cooperative relationships. Trina expands the capacity for high performance and workplace collaboration in a digitally-driven workplace.
